Alumni Involvement
We encourage Manderson MBA alumni to represent their company by participating in panel presentations and events on campus. Panel presentations provide an opportunity for alumni to visit campus and promote their company by sharing their professional experiences with our students. An informal panel format provides an atmosphere that lends itself to dialogue between students and professionals.
Panel Presentation Options:
- Concentration Panel - This panel consist of six or seven individuals representing different job functions within various industries. Each panelist makes a short presentation about their undergraduate experiences, work experience, summer internship, and finally the career path they chose upon graduation. Each panelist will elaborate on their job position and their company culture. Following the presentation a reception is held so that students can ask questions and network with your representatives.
- MBA Week- MBA Week is held annually and is hosted by our MBA Student Association. This student organization plans and promotes all of the events during the week. MBA week includes a community service activity, intramural sports, a social event, and a career exploration activity.
- Leadership Program- These roundtable discussions are hosted in the Business Hall of Fame or the Dean Conference for a small group of students. Generally no more than ten students participate in this exchange of ideas designed to explore the opportunities in the business management profession. Breakfast and lunch roundtable have become a popular event for our students and company representatives.
