Connie Chambers
As the coordinator of corporate and alumni relations for the Manderson Graduate School of Business, Connie Chambers is committed to meeting the hiring needs of recruiting partners by connecting them with future business leaders and alumni. Corporate site visits will allow her to discuss successful recruiting strategies with new employers for potential internship and full-time placement opportunities. This UA graduate, and Tuscaloosa native, has eight years of career and student services experience with the Manderson Graduate School. Prior work experience has been in retail marketing, project management, and volunteer leadership positions within the community. Her corporate and alumni development outreach philosophy is to create lasting relationships with valued partners.
Angelia Knight
As the career services coordinator for the Manderson Graduate School of Business, Angelia Knight schedules corporate interviews, provides career counseling for students, assists with internship and full-time job placements, maintains and develops corporate relationships, and conducts educational seminars for students. A graduate of Mississippi State University with the bachelor's and master's degrees, Angelia has more than 10 years experience in the career services field at three universities. She has presented more than 20 professional workshops and seminars on topics such as generational work issues, professional development in the career services field, workforce preparation for students, and interviewing and resume-building techniques.
