MBA Case Competitions
The George Washington University International MBA Case Competition, which is held annually in the spring, brings together MBA students from local, national, and international business schools. Each team of MBA students analyzes a current situation facing a non-profit organization and present solutions that draw on the organization's assets. The competition showcases the talents of top MBAs, allowing them to apply their skills and problem-solving abilities.
Each year, the GWU International MBA Case Competition is held in Washington, DC. The University of Alabama MBA program is represented each year by a team of five MBA students. MBA faculty will nominate students to be members of the case team based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and skill sets. In the spring the team will meet for the first time to being the road to a successful presentation. Their success calls for weeks of research, discussion, and hard work and the Alabama MBAs have complete that task year after year, offering a solid performance each year for the past nine years.
