Internship Success
The effects of a college internship are far reaching, report Darwin V. Kysor and Margaret Anne Pierce in the Winter 2000 Journal of Career Planning & Employment. They cite a study by C.M Jagacinski, that reveals that graduates with 100 percent related internship experience:
- Found work more quickly than students with no related experience.
- Were more satisfied with their careers than those with no experience.
